Tractors and Special Vehicles Manufacturing

Machine building is dynamically growing under diversification strategy in Cherepovets Casting & Mechanical Plant. CHLMZ experts were pioneers in Vologda region to establish tractor vehicles production, to develop their own brand CHLMZ DEM, to obtain manufacturing license from Dorelectromash, a famous Belorussian supplier. In December 2009 our vehicles were certified for compliance with Russian GOST requirements. In September 2010 a new assembly line was commissioned with its capacity to produce 1500 tractors annually.

Currently the plant manufactures several types of vehicles: tractors, special tractor-mounted vehicles and farm vehicles for agriculture. The plant also manufactures spare parts and offers various accessories to equip the vehicles in order to meet specific customer desires.

CHLMZ provides backup service and maintenance of its vehicles. Geographical proximity of the plant to its customers is of prior importance. The plant established an expanded dealer network including companies in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod, Cherepovets, Vologda, Archangelsk, Petrozavodsk, Yaroslavl. While selling power shovels and tractors, we put focus on customer peculiarities as much as possible. The plant has very close relationships with municipal Department of Agriculture and Department of Flax Growing and Processing, thus facilitating to make a right decision in searching for required vehicle models.
